WP4. Integration of sensor electronics and signal treatment for in vivo analysis.

Recruiting institution: 4Dcell SAS

Location: Montreuil, Paris, France

Supervisors: Mael Le Berre (4DCell), Olivier Français (ESIEE Paris)

Project description:

The Early Stage Researcher will enrol in a consortium that has the mission to develop an in vivo biosensor based on ionic channels inserted within a reconstructed lipid bilayer. This ESR will play a crucial role in the framework of the project, since he/she will be responsible for the development of the electronics associated with the biosensor and the interface for signal treatment. The systems developed will have to be first tested in in vitro conditions and subsequently applied to an in vivo model.

The PhD will be conducted in an industrial environment, allowing the ESR to have contact with both fundamental research and the way a fast-growing company works.

Secondments:

  1. ESIEE Paris (France). Instrumentation and electronics for biosensors.

  2. AO Foundation (Switzerland). Animal testing of developed biosensors.

PhD awarding entity: Université Gustave Eiffel
